The sun is shining, and unlike the post-Christmas return to work we’re feeling refreshed and energised after Easter. With lighter mornings and (slightly) warmer temperatures, it’s the perfect time of year for a fresh start, abundant with opportunity. To help you on your way, we've made a list of our top ways to get back to your healthy lifestyle after the long weekend, because everybody loves a list:

  • Get back to nature. Food should look like food so avoid anything processed. If you cook from scratch you’ll immediately cut out added salts, sugars, oils and preservatives used in a lot of processed and ready-made meals.
  • Dark leafy greens come into their own during spring, and calorie for calorie they are more nutritious than any other food. Whizz up a fresh vegetable juice using kale and spinach to give your nutrient level a boost. Add a shot of wheatgrass to really pack in the vitamins. Our juice recipe has you covered.
  • Schedule in your weekly workout with a friend. We're all in the same boat after eating one too many Mini Eggs and the extra support will ensure we pull those leggings on and get up and at 'em!

Simply don't have the time? We take away the stress of planning, shopping and cooking healthy meals. Simply select the detox package that is right for you, choose your start date and duration, and look forward to your first delivery of wholesome food. All you're responsible for now is getting up in the morning!
