Hailed by Vogue as one of the top cultural events in London last summer, our Wake up With event series is returning this spring, and what a line-up we've got for you!

Claiming back an hour of your morning has so many benefits, which is why we have made it our mission to create a curation of exciting events giving you something new to learn or experience, allowing you to really reclaim your mornings.

Not only will the events be paired with a delicious breakfast to kick start your day, but the aim is that you'll take something away with you, whether it's a new skill or even a new business idea! All that before your working day has started.

Rather than go it alone, we want you to join us. You can see the full list of events below.  

14th March - Wake Up With... Detox Yoga and Mindfulness, with Sarah HuntIn this workshop you will learn how to apply mindfulness techniques to clear your mind and also be guided through a detoxifying yoga session to leave you feeling refreshed and ready to tackle the day ahead. Before most people have had their morning coffee, you will discover how these morning wellbeing rituals are key to taking control of your life, making it a happier and healthier one!


21st March - Wake Up With... Natural Skincare Workshop with CaudalieIn this natural skincare workshop learn how to protect your skin from pollution, one of the biggest contributors towards early wrinkles and pigmentation with french skincare brand Caudalie. They will arm you with their best hints, tips and insider knowledge to help your skin keep up with your lifestyle. You'll also get a luxury Caudalie goody bag to take away with you.


28th March - Wake Up With... Breakfast Masterclass with Coconut CollaborativeJoin the Coconut Collaborative for this breakfast masterclass, where you will learn how to make a super smoothie using their delicious coconut yogurt, and take part in a coconut bircher muesli making workshop which you can then enjoy for breakfast. You'll leave feeling motivated for the week ahead and with these new recipes it's bound to be a healthy yet delicious one.


4th April - Wake Up With... Re-Nourish with Rhiannon LambertJoin nutritionist Rhiannon Lambert as she shares what optimum nutrition means to her, along with helping you find your own unique, sustainable route to achieving it. With so many newfound ideas, she will discuss going back to basics, inspiring you to reboot yourself this spring with a new lease of life, achieving a balanced lifestyle of both health and happiness.


18th April - Wake Up With... Coffee Scrub Workshop with OptiatOptiat, the nature-friendly beauty company, offer you the chance to give used coffee grounds new life. Create your own natural, exfoliating coffee scrub with Detox Kitchen’s used coffee grounds! In this hands-on, interactive workshop you can make your own coffee scrub from scratch, all the way to selecting your own special blend of essential oils to scent your scrub with!


25th April - Wake Up With... How to Start a Business from Scratch, with Lily SimpsonJoin our very own founder, Lily Simpson, as she shares her story on how she managed to turn her passion into her job. Launched from her kitchen in 2012 with no prior experience in business, Lily will share the industry secrets she's learnt along the way, from gaining investment to finding the right suppliers, and will answer your burning business questions.


2nd May - Wake Up With... Morning Q&A with Olivia Wollenberg, founder of Livia's KitchenJoin Olivia Wollenberg, founder of Livia’s Kitchen (and lover of all things sweet) for a morning Q&A. Whether you’re interested in social media, start-ups, or free-from baking, Olivia will be sharing her story from neuroscience to business and hopefully answering lots of your questions along the way!
