This is why our focus is on creating nutritious, wholesome food using good quality, seasonal ingredients cooked from scratch daily in our kitchen. Simply put, this is food that will make you feel like the best version of yourself. This is food you can trust.

Our Values

Food is something that should be celebrated, that should be enjoyed and shared with others. We believe that using local, seasonal produce not only makes the tastiest food, but also provides us with the most nutrients, vitamins and minerals. Our focus is on the foods that work with our bodies, that are natural and delicious, and that mean we have good wholesome food in our lives for good.

We’re very transparent about the ingredients that we use, because when you’re sourcing fresh, local produce, and preparing and cooking it simply, there is no need for closed doors. We choose not to cook with wheat, dairy or refined sugar. And whilst we don’t think it necessary for people to completely exclude these foods from their diet, we believe that because they are highly processed and stripped of their nutrients, it’s best to cut down on them. And we make it easier for our customers to do just that.


These days our bodies work harder than ever to rid us of toxins and protect against the damage and stresses caused by modern life. With increased pollution, frenetic lifestyles and diets high in processed foods, it has become even more important to be mindful of what we are putting into our bodies.

I believe that all food should be tempting and pleasurable to eat. This is at the heart of how we cook at the Detox Kitchen. First we aim to please the taste buds then we let the ingredients work their magic on your health and well-being.

We put plant-based whole foods, variety and flavour at the heart of our cooking and we leave out wheat, dairy and refined sugar. And we hope that his makes you feel amazing from the inside out.
