So much so in fact, that we've hunted down healthy eating expert and founder of The Detox Kitchen Lily Simpson and asked her to give us her top 10 simple tips for a total rehaul in attitude to what and how you eat. "The most important tip for healthy eating is to not look at it as a diet," Simpson maintains. "You want to eat healthily because you want to feel more energised, not because you want to lose weight. If you stick with these simple tips, you will feel lighter, your skin will glow and you will be energised."
