To keep you inspired, we've put together a list of the top items we've been enjoying this month. So here's to keeping the faith that July won't let us down for a proper British summer! Enjoy...

1. Pai Skincare

We're in love with the organic skincare range from the wonderful Pai. Just like us, they cut out all the bad chemicals and just stick to the good stuff. Created using the highest-grade plant-based ingredients, Pai’s mission is to provide the cleanest products on the market for sensitive skin and allergy sufferers. Our pick is the Avocado & Jojoba hydrating day cream – perfect for the dry summer heat. Oh, and Natalie Portman’s a fan, so we’re totally sold!

4. Sister & Co. Coconut Oil

Whilst Sophie was travelling around India, fed up with suffering frequent breakouts, a local woman recommended rubbing raw coconut oil on her skin. She knew about the nutritional benefits of eating coconut oil but had never thought to use it on her face. In just a matter of days her skin had cleared up and before long coconut oil was pretty much the only thing she was using on her skin. She had always been sceptical about the effectiveness of natural beauty products but her own personal experience fuelled a passion for the use of raw and nutritious foods as skincare. Sophie soon founded Sister & Co., launching a cold-pressed, raw, organic coconut oil from Kerala as the core product of her Skin Food range. At £4.95 and with such miraculous effects on our skin and nutrition, we totally love this product! To get your hands on a tub take a trip to our Kingly Street deli.

5. Pip & Nut Butters

For peanut butter lovers out there (and we know there are a lot of you!), you’ll go absolutely mad for this stuff. Unlike their predecessor, Pip & Nut Butters are made with natural ingredients and removed of refined sugar and the dreaded palm oil that is contained in many of our favourite spreads. What started from the eponymous Pip’s very small-scale production soon grew to a fully-fledged brand being sold in London's most prestigious stores- including our deli! The three different flavours of nut butter come in jars and rather nifty squeeze packs so you can enjoy them on the go. The Coconut Almond Butter is our favourite!

6. Whistles x Frame Collaboration

We’ve found the coolest new range of sports wear in town. A collaboration between the ever-so-chic Whistles and the trendy London-based fitness studio Frame has produced an amazing range of comfortable and elegant sportswear. Instead of tight, restrictive shapes, this collection is all about materials that allow you to move freely and comfortably. We particularly love the Joan Jumpsuit – perfect for that yoga session at ClassPass you’re about to sign up to...
