The programme
To kickstart your 5-Day Juice+ cleanse, you'll enjoy two full days of Presscription's Signature Cleanse (5x 500ml cold-pressed juices, 1 x 500ml nut milk, 2x 30ml booster shots), followed by our 3-Day Reset to ease you gently back into healthy, nourishing food.
Pairing a food cleanse with a juice cleanse is a great way to give the body a fresh start, and to also ensure you are still filling your body with the right kind of ingredients to allow your body to adjust to sustaining a healthier lifestyle and to give it the time and energy to repair damaged cells and tissue.
Presscription’s nutrient-rich, cold-pressed juices, will help the digestive system to rest, reboot and detoxify. While our 3-Day Reset will help increase your metabolic efficiency, balance energy levels and help you differentiate between what true hunger and habitual hunger is.
Delivery schedule:
The package will be delivered in two parts: You will receive 2 days worth of juices from Prescription for your start date and you will receive your 3-Day Reset from Detox Kitchen for day 3 of your cleanse.
If you are based in London:
- You will receive your Presscription juice delivery, 7-10pm the evening before your start date
- You will receive your 3-Day Reset the morning of day 3
If you are based outside London:
- You will receive your Presscription juice delivery, pre 10.30am the morning of your start date
- You will receive your 3-Day Reset on day 2
