We only work with suppliers that have the same values as us when it comes to sustainability and quality. We want to know where all of our ingredients come from. We want to know that people, animals and places our food comes from have been treated fairly. We want to source locally grown food wherever possible. With this in mind, all our vegetables are Grade 1 and 80% are grown in the UK, our fish is sustainably farmed, all our meat is free range from British farmers and we don’t use any preservatives in our food.

Meat

Our meat supplier is Macken Brothers, a family run butchers based in Chiswick. They supply the very best quality chicken and turkey sourced from farms in East Anglia. Macken Brothers only source meat from farms that share our ethos of providing the best quality chickens through proper husbandry. All our chicken is free range.

Fish

Our fish supplier is First for Fish. They were established in in 2001 with the primary objective of supplying high quality fresh fish produce into leading restaurant and catering companies in London. They provide us with the highest quality Scottish salmon and prawns from sustainable farms with full traceability.

Fruit & Veg

Our fresh fruit and veg supplier are 2 Serve, based in New Covent Garden market. They are a family run business that specialises in supplying professional chefs with the very best handpicked selection of fresh fruits and vegetables. 2 Serve offers the best and freshest produce that the market has to offer. Their experienced buyers select the pick of the crop from the UK and Europe to provide us with the highest quality produce.
