Bringing its unique brand of wheat-free, dairy-free and sugar-free juices, salads and snacks to Harvey Nichols customers, The Detox Kitchen will be full of brilliantly fresh ingredients, brought together in imaginative combinations and prepared with pride and passion.

At the Salad Bar, tasty options include the Skin Brightener, with Quinoa, avocado, toasted seeds, celery, coriander and lime. The Juice Bar will serve fresh fruit and vegetable juices and shots such as Lighter and Brighter, with cucumber, celery, apple, wheatgrass and lime. A selection of healthy tasty snack bags will also be available, including crispy kale and Himalayan pink salt.

The innovative menus have long been championed by the likes of Pixie Geldof, Henry Holland and Agyness Deyn. Detox Kitchen Founder, Lily Simpson, says of the launch, “Clients want to share our food with their families, and enjoy the best of The Detox Kitchen – even when they’re not detoxing. Well, now they can. Harvey Nichols has always been a place where people can discover something wonderful, new and distinctive. Now that applies to my food too.”

The Detox Kitchen is now open at the Fifth Floor, Harvey Nichols Knightsbridge. For further information please call 020 7201 8632.
