A 3-day intermittent fasting meal plan designed by our team of chefs in collaboration with Nutritional Therapist Phoebe Liebling. Your menu will be 80% plant-based, paired with lean, white meat for three meals across the three days.
Providing an opportunity to rest and reset is what we are doing for our body when we adopt a well-managed intermittent fasting plan, because asking our system to be ever alert is equally as unfair as suggesting you go for a walk instead of going to bed in the evening. In doing so we increase metabolic efficiency, balance energy levels and actually differentiate between what true hunger and habitual hunger is.
You'll receive all the food and drink for the 3 days together on your chosen delivery date. As it is all as fresh as can be, the Reset is intended to start on the day of the delivery or the following day. All the dinners or hot dishes and juices can be frozen if you wish them to keep for longer.
Alongside your delivery you will also receive a booklet offering support and guidance on what to expect during your plan, as well as advice on how to approach your diet after the 3 days.
