These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Detox Kitchen's website, located at www.detoxkitchen.co.uk.
By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Detox Kitchen if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England.
Detox Kitchen operates under the company MIMMA'S LIMITED, a Limited Company registered in England and Wales under company number 15667420, MIMMA'S registered office is Flat 1 26 Gledhow Gardens, London, United Kingdom, SW5 0AZ.
We have the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time to reflect changes in market conditions affecting our business, changes in technology, changes in payment methods, changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements and changes in our system's capabilities. All such changes will be published on the website. If you use our website or place any order with us after the changes have been published, you are agreeing to be bound by those changes in respect of that order.
Whilst Detox Kitchen is used as a tool to help your general health and wellbeing, the programme does not guarantee weight loss and cannot be relied upon to improve your health. Please contact your doctor if you are in any doubt about your current state of health.
To gain maximum results from the detox programme, Detox Kitchen advice should be followed in correlation with the programme.
All of our food may contain traces of allergens. We are unfortunately unable to cater to any customers with severe allergies which cause anaphylactic shock. Please contact us for specific advice about whether we can cater for your dietary requirements.
Detox Kitchen has the sole right to change any planned menus or programmes at our discretion at any point. The meals are designed to use fresh seasonal ingredients and occasionally these might not be available as planned.
Detox Kitchen and their delivery teams cannot be deemed responsible for any theft of or damage to a detox package. Please contact Detox Kitchen as soon as you suspect the package has been lost, stolen or damaged. Each case will be treated individually and it is the management team who will decide on the suitability of a refund or replacement of the detox package.
If you wish to suspend your detox package, this can only be admitted if the replacement dates are convenient to Detox Kitchen. Each case will be individually assessed and it is at the discretion of Detox Kitchen to allow a suspension.
Cancellations are only accepted 7 days in advance of the commencing detox package.
Once you have started your Detox Kitchen package, there are no available refunds.
If you choose to save your credit card details during the order process, these details will be held by Stripe, a third party payment provider. No credit card details are stored by Detox Kitchen.
Detox Kitchen cannot be held responsible for errors in website content.
Site-wide offers are only valid for Meal Plans, 3-Day Reset and one-off Fridge Fill orders.
Mobile Terms of Service
The THE DETOX KITCHEN mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by THE DETOX KITCHEN (“THE DETOX KITCHEN”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to THE DETOX KITCHEN’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of THE DETOX KITCHEN through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with THE DETOX KITCHEN. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18449721735 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other THE DETOX KITCHEN mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.
The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
