Peach Smoothie Bowl

  • 1 large peach
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tbsp coconut yogurt (or yogurt of your choice)
  • 50g fine rolled oats
  • 4 ice cubes
  • For the topping
  • Pumpkin seeds
  • Bee pollen

  • Small food processor

In the summer months there is nothing better than a big, plump juicy peach. And with the weather being so hot, the peaches this year are sweeter than ever. If you're wondering what to do with your peaches, other than devouring them immediately, this smoothie bowl is really simple way to use them and cool down at the same time!


1. Prepare your peaches by slicing them in half and removing the pip. Slice half of the peach into thin slices and set aside. Place the other half of the peach in a food processor (or Nutribullet) and combine with the rest of the ingredients until it form a thick, sorbet-like texture.

2. Tip the smoothie into a serving bowl and top with the fresh peach slices, pumpkin seeds and bee pollen. You can add anything to the top, raspberries work particularly well!

Cauliflower Tacos

These tacos are great if you are feeding some hungry people. With five different toppings to mix and match, they are a fun dish to share. You can prepare the pickled onion, black beans and ranch dressing well in advance, so all you need to do at the last minute is fry the battered cauliflower and make the avocado salad. Warm the tortillas through and you are good to go.
