Madeleine Shaw x Detox Kitchen

Detox Kitchen have collaborated with chef, nutritionist and founder of ‘The Glow Space’, Madeleine Shaw, to create a six-meal range for their new menu in January 2024. These dishes encapsulate the core of Madeleine’s nutritional philosophy, combining comfort and flavour with plant-filled vibrancy, sprinkled with nutrient-rich goodness.


There is no better time to celebrate plants than in January, which is why the range is entirely focussed on plants and plant-based eating. Both Madeleine and Detox Kitchen share the same mission: to transform people’s lives and wellbeing through food that is better for you and better for the world. The meals help to reconnect people with natural, plant-based ingredients and the pure joy that healthy eating can bring.

What’s more, the Madeleine Shaw x Detox Kitchen range was created for the launch of Detox Kitchen's inaugural nationwide plant-based meal plan: The Plant Plan, launching on 2nd January 2024. The Plant Plan is set to revolutionise plant-based eating, providing you with 8 days of fresh, abundant, and delicious plant-rich meals designed to make plant-based eating a joyful and sustainable habit.

The Madeleine Shaw x Detox Kitchen range will bring a diverse selection of plant-rich meals delivered to your doors, making plant-based eating convenient and enjoyable. It includes a Pumpkin & Red Cabbage Salad, Chimichurri Bowl, Pad Thai, Spicy Bean Stew, Squash & Chickpea Curry and Roasted Cauliflower with Spiced Lentils. The meals will be available from 2nd January on The Plant Plan and all other meal plans.

This salad-ey number is a delicious remake of a harvest bowl. It starts with a bed of fresh, crunchy red cabbage and kale, which is mixed with nutty buckwheat and topped with sweet, roasted chunks of winter pumpkin. All this is then tossed in a tangy miso dressing.

Cosy up this January with this classic, creamy creamy curry. Seasonal veg is mildly spiced and simmered in coconut milk and chickpeas and finished with fresh, vibrant coriander, a squeeze of lime and brown rice.

Spiced Cauliflower and Lentils

Crispy roasted cauliflower crowns the plate in this dish of warming, spiced lentils, flavoured with a hint of chilli, cayenne, cumin, ginger and maple syrup. This is then finished with a sprinkling of fresh parsley, and salsa verde. We love a pad thai around here and this new one, inspired by Madeleine Shaw’s original is no exception.

Raw courgette, carrot, mixed peppers, sugarsnaps and glass noodles doused in a creamy tamari sauce made with coconut milk and tahini and sprinkled with fresh herbs and spring onions.

Spicy Bean Stew

A base of carrots, peppers, onion, sweet potato, spices, chilli and oregano are slow-cooked with tomatoes, stock and kidney beans. Enjoyed with fresh coriander, this is the perfect winter veggie stew to warm the soul.
