It could do with a little help though.
By filling up on plant based foods and lean protein you will be giving your body what it needs to function properly without causing it any unnecessary stress. So rather than opting for a carb-heavy solution to ‘line your stomach’ ahead of a big night, why not whip up our Grilled Chicken with Courgetti and Pesto for dinner beforehand, and prep a reviving juice for the morning.
