Avocado and almond smoothie
Creamy, nourishing and satisfying. This is a great way to fill up on raw veg and dark leafy greens, as well as healthy fats at the beginning of the day or as a little snack.

Ingredients
- 1 avocado
- 100g spinach
- 200ml almond milk
- 1 heaped tbsp cacao powder
- ½ tsp maple syrup
- 6 cubes of ice
Method
- Put all the ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth. Serve over ice in your favourite glasses.
