Some deliciously new things happening...

This week saw the launch of our new mid-summer menu for our delivery menu and a new range of potted salads for our Kingly Street Deli. Read more about what tasty treats they include here.

Developing new recipes is without doubt the best part of my job. And working with our talented team of chefs makes me feel pretty damn happy. This week we launched our mid-summer menu for the delivery side of our business, with new recipes including:

Courgetti (courgette made into spaghetti) with spinach and cashew nut pesto, Roasted salmon with grilled vegetable salad and salsa verde

Kale and broccoli frittata served with spinach and rocket salad

Chicken burgers with saffron cauliflower cous-cous

And at Kingly Street, now that we have more fridge space (we’re sorry for selling out every lunchtime, we promise that there will be no more making you h-angry!), we are able to launch a new range of delicious grab-and-go salads. These include:

Vibrant Vegan

Quinoa, butternut squash, green beans and sunflower seeds with a chive and lemon dressing.

Pesto power

Brown rice with golden berries, almonds and sunflower seeds topped with chicken breast and basil pesto.

On the pulse

Chickpea, cherry tomatoes, bean sprouts and celery topped with king prawns

Green dream

Courgette, radish, edamae, white cabbage, cucumber, pistachio and pumpkin seeds served with a coriander and lime dressing.

Then to top it all off, we have launched probably the most delicious raw cacao truffles you will ever taste. I know it sounds like a bold comment but trust me, they are amazing; made by our Brazilain chef Virginia, they are the perfect treat after a delicious lunch.
