Hot smoothies - Berry Delicious

  • 75g mixed berries of your choice
  • 1x banana
  • lemon juice
  • Honey (optional depending if you want to make the smoothie sweeter)

Equipment required:

  • Blender
  • Saucepan

This may seem to some like a weird idea but we have tried and tested this new trend and have become hooked.

No extra effort added to your usual smoothie making routine other than applying a little heat!

Guaranteed to warm you up, curb that latte addiction and contribute to your five a day. So we suggest dusting down your blender and trying one of our winter warmers for these chilly months.

To make

Place all the ingredients into a blender and blitz to a liquid. Place the smoothie into a saucepan and heat up over a low heat.

If you want to make it thinner just add some water to the smoothie and continue heating over a low heat.
