Spiced pumpkin seeds

Although often overlooked, the seeds inside pumpkins are just as delicious as the flesh itself. Enjoy these spiced pumpkin seeds sprinkled over salads, soups or as a seasonal snack.

Seeds from one pumpkin
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp olive oil


  • Preheat the oven to 180*. Remove as much pulp from the seeds as possible and rinse. Pat the seeds dry with a clean tea towel.
  • Place the seeds in small bowl with the spices, oil and a pinch of salt. Mix well so that the seeds are evenly coated.
  • Spread over a parchment lined baking tray.
  • Bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes until crunchy.
