A note on our recent price increase

Hello. We wanted to update you on our price increases and let you know why we made the difficult decision to increase them.

In March we increased our Fridge Fills from £43 to £45 for subscriptions and from £45 to £47 for one-off the orders.

We also increased our Three Day Reset from £89 to £105.

We are always in a bit of a conundrum when it comes to pricing because we want to make healthy food more accessible to everyone, it’s the reason we exist! But we also need to ensure that we are selecting the best, most ethical and sustainable suppliers and looking after our staff.

It goes without saying that we want to ensure our customers are getting the best value for money and that we want to continue to provide the best quality as service. But in order to do so, sometimes we have to make decisions that mean the price of our product increases slightly. Therefore we just wanted to explain a little bit more about those increases:

1. We have always prided ourselves on the fact that we never compromise on quality, we source predominantly in the UK (even if it’s more expensive) because we believe that food that is local is better for our health and the health of our planet.
2. We are responsible employers and we know that we are nothing without the team of people who work tirelessly to create our wonderful meals. Therefore it is only right that we pay them accordingly and as such we have increased pay across the board at our central kitchen and our delis.
3. Due to the impact of Covid and Brexit we are seeing increases to our packaging and because it is so important to us that we maintain that all our packaging is fully recyclable and from sustainable sources, we are unwilling to find cheaper, less high quality alternatives.

We hope this highlights the reasons for the price increases and we hope that you continue to find the true value in our food.
