Chia seed and coconut smoothie

  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp soya yogurt
  • 1 banana
  • 300 ml coconut water

Equipment required:

  • Blender
  • Glass to serve

With Christmas drinks in full swing, we are all looking for a quick pick-me-up the next day. Here is the perfect smoothie, rich in electrolytes, omega-3 and potassium, it will have you feeling energised and spritely in no time.

To make

Place the chia seeds, soya yogurt, banana and coconut water in a blender with a cube of ice and blitz until smooth. Best enjoyed the day after the night before!
