Coffee and cacao bliss balls
This is my friend Emily’s recipe. I was at her house feeling particularly low on energy and she gave me a turmeric shot and one of these coffee balls, I ended up having three. They were so good and gave me the boost I needed to carry myself home! These honestly are the best homemade cacao balls I’ve ever had. Be sure to use good quality medjool dates as they will help to hold the balls together, if you use a dryer date then you may need to soak them beforehand to add moisture. We also recommend making sure you have a good mix of seeds, ideally including flaxseeds, hemp and chia seeds with your pumpkin and sunflower for extra omega-3s. Lily x
