Who doesn't love a chocolate milkshake? We have created a super nutritious version that tastes delicious. With avocado and banana this smooth delight provides excellent amounts of healthy fats and fibre, and only contains natural sugars from dates.
Makes 8 balls (4 portions)
Place the dates and half the hazelnuts in a bowl and cover with boiling water for 20 minutes.
Drain and place in a blender with the almonds, cinnamon and the cacao powder. Blitz to a thick paste.
Mould the mixture into 8 balls.
Finely chop the rest of the hazelnuts in the food processor.
Roll the balls in the hazelnuts and serve.
