Kale Crisps

These kale crisps make for a perfectly healthy snack. Incredibly simple to make and wonderfully nutritious, this crunchy super-snack is an energy booster that will see you powering through the day.



1 head of kale
1 pinch smoked paprika
1 pinch malden salt


Rip the leaves off the hard stalks and place them on a baking tray. Place in the oven and cook at 120C for 5 minutes. Make sure you keep an eye on them as they can burn easily.

Once cooked, remove them from the oven and sprinkle with paprika and malden salt.
