Kale Crisps

Crunchy. Nutty. Cheesy. Kale crisps. Beats any other crisps any day, and packed full of nutrients πŸ‘Œ Perfect for a little snack or topping.


Makes 2 portions.


1 bunch kale, removed from the stem

50g nutritional yeast

50g dukkah

2 tbsp olive or rapeseed oil

Salt and pepper


Set the oven at 150 degrees celsius.

Add your kale and other ingredients to a bowl and massage all together for a good 5 minutes, until the kale feels softer and is coated with the dukkah and nutritional yeast.

Bake for 8-10 mins.
