JOIN US FOR OUR VEGAN CHALLENGE

Introducing our two-week Vegan Challenge to celebrate world vegan month. This November, let us show you how a well-planned, nutritious plant-based diet can improve your personal health and well-being, without compromising on taste.

As we move towards an increasingly vegan world, in which a whopping 7.3 million people are thought to be vegan, we want to give you the opportunity to test the water for yourself with our two-week vegan challenge. We have designed this challenge to provide you with what we hope will be a truly inspiring and manageable two weeks which will give you a taste of how vegan living can benefit your personal health and well-being. We believe that there are many benefits which are associated with a vegan diet, from improving your personal health to improved animal welfare and environmental sustainability at a global level.

By taking on our vegan challenge, you can expect to be instantly rewarded as you learn to nourish your body with plant-based dishes, from the inside out, which is so important. This will help you to improve your overall energy, sleep quality, complexion and wellbeing, and shed excess weight.

According to The Vegan Society, research suggests that a plant-based diet may have positive benefits which could impact more serious health conditions, including lower blood pressure and cholesterol, and lower rates of heart disease, type 2 diabetes and cancer – so why not join us and give it a go?

We want to show you how a well-planned vegan diet can contain all of the nutrients that our bodies need and will provide you with a great opportunity to learn more about cooking with health-promoting ingredients such as whole grains, nuts, seeds, fruit and vegetables. To achieve this, we have designed our Vegan Challenge in a way that will do just so.

You can expect to receive either 6 or 10 days of Detox Kitchen home deliveries (you decide), our all new vegan recipe guide, a Detox Kitchen tote bag to take to the market and some tasty treats for an easy pudding. We hope that each of these components will allow you to experience the nutritional value of a delicious plant-based diet which doesn’t compromise on taste and inspire you to get cooking with some of our simple, Detox Kitchen-inspired recipes, in your kitchen at home.
