Bircher Muesli with Berries

Light, creamy bircher muesli for the ultimate easy and nutritious breakfast. You can also add grated apple for sweetness, as per the traditional recipe. Make sure to add the coconut yoghurt, chia seeds and almond butter (or some extra nuts and seeds to top) for a good dose of healthy fats to keep you fuller for longer.


For 5 servings.


  • 250g oats
  • 600ml oat milk
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 200g blackberries, raspberries or blueberries
  • 3 heaped tbsp coconut yoghurt

Add (optional, per serving):

  • 1 tbsp coconut yoghurt
  • A splash of oat milk
  • Almond butter mixed with 1 tsp maple syrup


  1. Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix. Leave to soak for 3-5 hours or overnight. Store in an airtight container in the fridge to last for up to 5 days.
