Ceviche Dressing Recipe
This dressing is Peruvian-inspired, imitating a 'leche de tigre' or 'Tiger's Milk' marinade. It's super fresh, super zingy, and punchy. Everything you want in a light dressing to pair with a rainbow bowl of goodness.
RecipesMakes 1 pot (about 3-4 servings).
Ingredients:
- 6 garlic cloves, peeled
- 1/2 peeled shallot
- 3 tbsp ginger, grated
- 2 red chillis, deseeded
- Juice of 3 limes
- 4 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 2 tsp salt
Method:
- Blitz all the ingredients together until smooth.
