Kiwi and Lime Bircher Muesli

Our kiwi and lime bircher muesli is the perfect way to start your morning. The tangy and zesty flavours of the kiwi and lime are incredibly refreshing and will most definitely leave your tastebuds tingling.



80g porridge oats
200ml apple juice, preferably freshly juiced
70ml almond milk
Pinch of cinnamon
Zest of 1/2 lime
1 tsp honey
1 apple, grated
1 kiwi, peeled and diced


Place the oats in a large bowl and cover with the apple juice, almond milk, cinnamon, lime zest and honey. Combine and cover with clingfilm, place in the fridge and leave to soak for 20 minutes.

Remove from the fridge and stir through the grated apple and kiwi.
