No-Bake Gooey Tahini Brownies
A rich, decadent and gooey, but nutritious take on your favourite chocolatey treat. And no baking required!
RecipesMakes 6 medium slices.
Ingredients:
300g cashews
300g ground almond
300g maple syrup
2 heaped tbsp tahini
100g cacao powder
A pinch of sea salt
50g walnuts
Method:
Add your cashews to a blender and blitz for 2-3 minutes, until it forms a smooth butter.
Add in the ground almonds, maple syrup and 1 tbsp tahini and keep blending until combined. Next add your cacao powder and salt, again blending until combined.
Lastly, add in the walnuts, and blitz for 20-30 secs, so that the walnuts are roughly chopped but not completely blitzed.
Lay a baking sheet down on a medium baking tray and spoon your brownie mixture onto it, using a spatula to smooth it out evenly
