Purple sprouting broccoli & chilli salad

Crunchy purple sprouting broccoli paired with garlic, punchy chilli and a generous sprinkle of sesame seeds for crunch.



  • 200g sprouting
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 red chili
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds


  1. Heat the oil in a pan and add in the garlic, quickly followed by the sprouting broccoli.
  2. Sauté until the edges of the sprouting start to crisp and brown. Add in a splash of water if the garlic starts to catch and burn.
  3. Add in the chili and sesame seeds a cook for a further few minutes. Serve immediately.
