Strawberry Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 punnet of strawberries
  • 100ml ml Oatly yogurt or coconut yogurt
  • 125ml Oatly cream

To top (optional):

  • Granola
  • Strawberries, cut into quarters

Method

  1. Blend the strawberries, oat milk and cream in a blender until completely smooth. Pour into a freezer dish and leave to set in the freezer for 3 hours.
  2. Prepare the toppings.
  3. After 3 hours, remove the mixture from the freezer and blend again into a thick, smoothie texture.
  4. Pour the mixture into a bowl, sprinkle a couple of tablespoons of granola and finish with some strawberries. Perfect for a summery breakfast or a refreshing snack or dessert on a hot summer’s day.
