Sweet potato and coconut dal

Dal is one of my go-to dishes; as long as you have the essential ingredient, red lentils, then you can pretty much make it from any leftover veg. This version uses sweet potato but it would be just as good with most left-over root vegetables. The creamy coconut adds a touch of richness and is perfectly balanced with aromatic cardamom.

Wild mushroom and truffle Spaghetti

Here's a recipe for a delicious, silky pot of wild mushroom and truffle oil spaghetti. Perfect for hunkering down as the evenings close in and we are all craving a comforting bowl of pasta!

Banana and Cardamon Bread

This banana bread is a dream served with a cup of tea, enjoyed with loved ones on a cosy afternoon. The cardamon and cinnamon add a real warmth to it. We've used coconut yoghurt, compote and bee pollen for this recipe but you can get creative with your toppings, pairing with coconut yogurt, berries, nuts and seeds.

Beetroot brownies

Our raw cacao and beetroot brownies are not only a delicious treat, they are also packed full of antioxidants and other health benefits.

Squash Bread

What are macros?

What we know about the basics of nutrition hasn’t really changed much over the years. The food we eat provides us with the energy we need to carry out our daily routine and this energy is in the form of calories which are gleaned from carbohydrates, fats and protein - the macronutrients (or ‘macros’). Here's everything you need to know about macros.
